Refund and return policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To ensure that your return is processed accurately and promptly, please call us at 866-666-4211 or email customer service at sales@chandelierdeluxe.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions on how to ship back to us. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging. Returns made without an RMA will not be accepted.

You may also use the prepaid shipping label that we will provide you with. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.*

* For oversized or freight items, you are accountable for covering all return shipping expenses to our warehouse. Additionally, it is your responsibility to ensure the shipment and furnish evidence of return tracking for the package.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow up to seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Any product that is marked as nonreturnable
  • Any custom made or custom built product
  • Products that have been installed or assembled
  • Clearance items, custom quotes, special discounts, and large quantities of the same product (six (6) or more)
  • Any product that is not in resalable condition
  • Any product that is not in its original box with the original packaging materials and assembly instructions
  • Any product with unwrapped crystals
  • Light bulbs, glass, parts and shades
  • Any item without the correct RMA number written on a separate sheet taped to the box

Please Note

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • Prior to purchasing large quantities, special order, or custom products, we advise customers to request comprehensive information, including swatches and finish samples, to ensure satisfaction with their selections.
  • Please be aware that returns exceeding $5,000 in total value may be subject to restocking fees. In certain cases, refunds may be issued in the form of store credit at our discretion.
  • For orders shipped to Canada, returns will be subject to deductions for shipping costs, applicable taxes, and customs duties from the refund amount. Customers are encouraged to contact customer service for an estimate of these expenses.
